Painter’s is a small, single location shop that thrives on good work and word of mouth. So good, in fact, they’ve never needed to pay for advertising.

“I feel that when you do good work and provide a good customer experience, you’ll always have cars in your shop,” Jesse Painter, the Shop Manager at Painter’s Auto Body says. His point is well taken and one of the reasons for Painter’s Auto Body Top Shop nomination. Equally as important for the nod is the quality of work at Painters and the way the customer feels when they pull their vehicle out of the shop.

whenyoudogoodA woman who just purchased a brand new vehicle that had suffered from significant hail damage brought it to Painter’s Auto Body. Painter’s made that vehicle look as it did when she took delivery of the car from the dealer. It was perfectly repaired — much to the customer’s delight.

A man brought in his 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 that had suffered a string of bad luck over the past few years. In the most recent accident he was rear-ended. The vehicle needed a new bedside, tailgate, rear bumper, hitch, and a few other miscellaneous items. Every item needed to be replaced with Mopar parts, even though the insurance company wrote the repair for aftermarket. The Mopar Price Match Program allowed for new Mopar parts and Painter’s Auto Body installed and painted them with precise detail.

The end result? Ecstatic customers … and, of course, Top Shop recognition.
