“When the industry made a big push for OEM parts I didn’t want to pay the price,” said Carl Cimino, shop owner and founder. “Then I saw it. Aftermarket parts took the techs two or three times longer to install. And the vehicle didn’t look right when they were done. “The return on investment for training and certification is two-fold,” says Cimino. One: “I know when I’m fixing a vehicle the integrity of it is correct. I’m not going to get a phone call from a lawyer in fi ve years saying someone died in the car because of my repair.” Two: “There are a million body shops out there and our certifi cations make us stand out from the crowd.
