WORTH EVERY PENNY.

“When the industry made a big push for OEM parts I didn’t want to pay the price,” said Carl Cimino, shop owner and founder. “Then I saw it. Aftermarket parts took the techs two or three times longer to install. And the vehicle didn’t look right when they were done. I learned fast that OEM parts make the difference in the way the vehicle looks and performs after the repair. What you pay for the OEM part, you make up for in time and customer satisfaction.”

LobbyIT’S ALL ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM.

When the customer sees Cimino’s storefront, the grass is mowed, the outside is swept, and the store is clean, organized and modern. “At a glance,” says Carl Cimino, “the customer knows their vehicle will be restored to a pristine condition. Because ’pristine condition’ is what they see everywhere in our store.”

A CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE. sign-fca

The Conquest program offers a part discount. When the repair is done, the customer gets a certificate stating their vehicle was repaired with all OEM parts. That certificate means the world to the customer. “It’s a huge value add.”

TRAINING ROI.

“The return on investment for training and certification is two-fold,” says Cimino. One: “I know when I’m fixing a vehicle the integrity of it is correct. I’m not going to get a phone call from a lawyer in fi ve years saying someone died in the car because of my repair.” Two: “There are a million body shops out there and our certifi cations make us stand out from the crowd. They are displayed prominently on our walls and on our windows.
