The 1969 ½ HEMI® Orange Plymouth Road Runner with 440+6 is a particular model I remember seeing in the early ‘70s and I hoped that one day I’d have my own. After looking on and off for many years, in 2007 I finally located and purchased the Road Runner that I always wanted. Today the car has an upgraded 505 cid motor with Ross forged 10.5:1 pistons, Eagle H-beam connecting rods, Crane billet aluminum roller rockers, Edelbrock RPM single quad manifold and Holley 770 cfm Avenger carb. Other features include a Flowmaster exhaust system, ADDCO sway bars front and rear, Edelbrock IAS shocks front and rear, Stainless Steel Brake Co. (SSBC) front slotted disk brake system, Hurst floor shifter and shift kit in a rebuilt A-727 transmission, WESCO Performance 3" orange racing lap belts and Grant steering wheel.

This is my 1973 Duster that I’ve been working on for the past 10 months. The vehicle has a 340 engine with 4 bbl, 3:23 Sure Grip rear end and a 904 transmission with a shift kit installed. Just after I purchased the car the dash wiring had a melt down and smoke filled the inside of the car. I quickly disconnected the battery cable, but the damage was done. Fortunately, my brother Darrell is a “Mopar” man and came to my rescue. He replaced all the wiring and got the car operational again. I really appreciate all of his help!

Here’s my 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda that was restored four years ago. The vehicle originally had a 340 engine mated with a 4-speed transmission. Today the vehicle has a John Arruzza 525 cid HEMI and new 4-speed that delivers 640 hp and a whole bunch of tire ripping torque. Other features include a 3:55 to 1 Dana 60 axle with CalTrac bars. The ‘Cuda recently turned a 10.23 second quarter-mile pass (with 10" slicks installed) at the racetrack.

We purchased this 1968 Dodge Dart GT new in Forest City, N.C., on November 07, 1968. In early 1970, we sold the Dart to a local resident who owned the car for the next 25 years. Never really being out of sight nor out of mind, we would often see “Our Little Dart” and long to have her back some day. In July 1995 we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase the little GT back, which we did. The first restoration was completed that year. The second was completed in the fall of 2004 by Ronnie Hodge Restorations who specializes in Mopars. The car is painted in the original color of MM1 Bronze Metallic. The engine is 100 percent stock and the original spare is still in the trunk.

I’m the original owner of this all-original 1967 Dodge Charger with 426 HEMI. The car has 41,000 miles on it and features power steering, power brakes and a HEMI package that includes a Hurst 4-speed with heavy-duty locker differential. I purchased the Charger as a Chrysler dealer demo car in the fall of 1967. The vehicle has won several first-place awards at car shows.

This photo of my ’67 ‘Cuda convertible was taken in the mountains of Arizona. I purchased the car from a friend in 2004. The vehicle is all original except for the 318 V-8. This ‘Cuda is a head turner and my wife and I constantly receive “thumbs-up” when we take it out. We enjoy the car immensely.
