In June, Pietro Gorlier was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer – Mopar Service, Parts and Customer Care. Gorlier has full responsibility for Mopar’s prized product portfolio and Service & Parts organization as well as Chrysler Group LLC’s Customer Care operations.
Gorlier joined Chrysler Group from Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. and Case New Holland (CNH) Global N.V., where he previously served as Head of the Network and Owned Dealerships organization as well as Customer Service operations.
