Down, Dirty and Here to Stay

You may have heard that we are now a new company.

The media often paints a disparaging picture; but, does a company worried about its future prepare over 200 new accessories and performance parts? No, it does not. That’s a company that scoffs at naysayers. In fact, that company is prepared to roll right over the cynics, reverse slowly back over their pessimism and then full throttle it back across while yelling in triumph.

That company is Chrysler Group LLC and its Mopar Parts division.

“Every time I pickup a newspaper, turn on the television or surf the Web, I read about the perceived dismal state of Chrysler,” commented Brian Rogos, Senior Manager, Mopar Performance Parts and Accessories. “Hell…we’ve been dead and buried more times since 1980 than I can count, but each and every time we come back stronger than ever. And we’re doing it again, right now.”

It’s all made possible by the passion of our people. The real Team Mopar is comprised of product strategists and engineers that never stop moving the product forward. “We are a small, dedicated group of enthusiasts that live and die for Mopar,” explained Pat Muldoon, Product Development Senior Manager. “We are not just employees, we are also the customer and this isn’t just where we work, it’s who we are.”

So, you can keep reading the hype. Or you can slam the pedal down and know that your Mopar will soon have hundreds of new parts to help you blow past that guy in the next lane listening to the latest automotive report on the radio.

Perhaps Stephanie Rooks, Marketing and Strategy Manager, best defines Mopar’s approach: “We never stop—even after the checkered flag.”
