Dodge Caliber Goes International

The All-New Caliber SRT4® Launches in Markets Outside North America.

Dodge and Street and Racing Technology (SRT®) officials announced in April that the Dodge Caliber SRT4® would be offered for sale in markets outside North America. The Caliber SRT4 falls into the high-performance C Segment. The popular Caliber was Dodge’s hottest-selling car in the U.S. last year.

The Caliber SRT4 features the balanced performance approach that is a hallmark of all SRT vehicles. These attributes include ride and handling characteristics that perform well on both the street and at the track, outstanding acceleration and braking performance, and styling that matches the performance attributes of vehicles.

“The all-new Dodge Caliber SRT4 combines all the SRT attributes in a package that delivers the most horsepower per Euro among its competitors in typical Dodge style,” said Thomas Hausch, Vice President of International Sales for Chrysler LLC.

The Caliber SRT4 is powered by a turbocharged 295-horsepower 2.4-liter World Engine produced at the Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance (GEMA) facility in Dundee, Mich. The World Engine is a family of small fuel- and emissions-efficient aluminum four-cylinder gasoline engines co-developed by Chrysler LLC, Hyundai Motor Company and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
